Our Help Desk is staffed with knoweldgable
technicians ready to help you with your computer and networking
problems. Many problems can be diagnosed and resolved over the phone or
with remote assistance.
With our remote assistance tool, a member of our
help desk team can view your desktop and share control of your mouse
and keyboard to get you on your way to a solution.
To Get Support
Contact our help desk by phone at (805)
650-6030 and select option 2. A
member of our support staff will talk with you first to determine the
nature of the problem and open a support request (ticket). Or you may
contact us via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once you are on the phone with the support
technician, they will initiate a remote assistance session to your PC.
You will be prompted to grant permission for the support technician to
view your screen.
If necessary, the support technician might prompt you for permission to
take control of your keyboard and mouse.
You are in complete control of your computer at all times. You always
have overriding control of your mouse and keyboard, and you can end the
screen-sharing session at any time.
